Comments from Recipients
Ms. Hiyori Yuasa, a second-year student in the Department of Global Business (Professor Arima’s Seminar)
I am very grateful to be recognized as a student with excellent academic performance. It is a great honor to have my tenacious efforts and achievements acknowledged in this way, even though I faced challenges with my studies and things didn’t always go as planned due to the newness of everything last year.
Thanks to the support I have received from faculty, friends, senior students, my family, and university staff, I am now enjoying a meaningful university experience. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of them. I will continue working hard towards higher goals while always keeping in mind my gratitude to everyone.

Ms. Haruka Mine, a third-year student in the Department of Global Business (Professor Okamoto’s Seminar)
I am truly grateful to be recognized as a student with excellent grades. It is a pleasure to have my daily efforts and achievements acknowledged in this way. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to the faculty who teach and guide us with integrity, the senior students who listen to us and offer valuable advice, my family who have provided me with a supportive learning environment, and my friends who inspire me as we strive for improvement together. From now on, I am committed to maintaining my gratitude to those who support me and to working diligently to experience a fulfilling campus life with no regrets.
Mr. Senju Kuru, a fourth-year student in the Department of Global Business (Professor Ozaki’s Seminar)
I am deeply grateful for this recognition.
Reflecting on the past three years, I realize that, although they seemed short, they were filled with valuable and fulfilling experiences. Exploring foreign countries and cultures, such as through the BBL program and my study in France has deepened my understanding that “Business” which fosters strong relationships among people, cannot thrive without embracing diverse cultures.
I believe that the “Global Business” I have studied with my fellow students aims to enhance people’s lives, making them happier and more prosperous in the future. I am truly grateful to the supportive faculty for providing this academic subject, and I look forward to exploring it more deeply in the postgraduate program.
Furthermore, the opportunities to engage in practical business leadership learning through internship programs and BLP classes have allowed me to build many valuable relationships. I am also thankful for this unique aspect of Rikkyo University.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me, and I will continue to strive to make the most of this honor.

Mr. Keita Sugimoto, a fourth-year student in the Department of Global Business (Professor Davis’s Seminar)
“University life is the springtime of life, a brilliant time when you have the power to manage yourself,” remarked Mr. Kenji Watanabe, a former principal of Rikkyo Niiza Senior High School, from which I graduated.
Throughout my university years, I have gained dynamic experiences, such as studying in Hong Kong and exploring courses across various departments on the Niiza campus, all without wasting a moment. This was all made possible thanks to the support of my friends, family, and everyone from the Rikkyo University Rugby Football Club and the Rikkyo Niiza Rugby Football Club in high school. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of them.
Moving forward, I am committed to working diligently and embarking on a new journey.
