Associate Professor Ayano Nishihara, Dean of the College of Business, spoke at an international conference hosted by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia
OBJECTIVE.
At the 4th International Conference on Administrative Sciences, Policy and Governance Studies (ICAS-PGS) and the 5th International Conference on Business Administration and Policy (ICBAP) 2024, hosted by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia, on Wednesday 24 July 2024 and Thursday 25 July 2024, Associate Professor Ayano Nishihara, Dean of the College of Business, gave a speech on "Innovation in Organizations: Theory and Practice". She pointed out that from the perspective of Knowledge Creation theory, the cooperation between artificial intelligence (AI) and human resources (HR) and the growth of human nature will be important, and emphasized the importance of promoting knowledge creation and innovation referring to the cases of Eisai Co., Ltd. and Irodori Co., LTD.
